BDS Marketing, Inc. reaches out to CBH to implement and launch their corporate performance initiatives

(bds), a leading retail marketing agency, recently selected CBH Consultants to help them deliver their strategic program reporting for customers and account service teams. This same solution is also used to provide internal management reports and critical financial analyses.

bds’ goal is to deliver results with a bold, innovative approach combining the best of retail marketing practices with their client's brand and consumer insights. To achieve these aggressive goals, bds needed to provide a self-service account activity reporting tool for customers that reduced reliance on Information Technology professionals and one-off reports. Management also required visibility into account team activities across multiple accounts. The solution needed to provide truly reliable information that reduces the use of manual reporting. Along with these goals, the platform had to be secure and offer a scalable solution for growth and future reporting needs.

After careful analysis they selected CBH to help them meet their goals, on time and under budget. CBH designed and architected a data warehouse that delivers the best practices and creative data structures that solved bds’ unique reporting challenges. To help pull reporting data from the multiple sources within bds into a data warehouse, CBH built a data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) process and then implemented data-level security, allowing their account teams to write reports once, but still run many personalized reports.
