CBH Consultants opens office in San Ramon, CA

- Successful Cognos business partner hires San Ramon resident to manage and expand Bay Area consulting practice for CPM and BI -

Laguna Hills, CA - December 27, 2004 - In response to growing demand for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions in the mid-market, CBH Consultants, based in Laguna Hills, CA announces it has opened an office in San Ramon, CA.

Jason Dennis of San Ramon has joined CBH to direct operations in the Bay Area. He will be responsible for business development, and managing relationships with existing customers and business partners such as Cognos Corporation, the leader in CPM and BI. The relationship with Cognos has been instrumental in CBH's growth over the last two years.

By establishing an office within two miles of Cognos' Bay Area facility in San Ramon, CBH's goal is to develop an even closer relationship with Cognos sales, consulting and management teams in the Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest. In June, CBH received a Cognos Pinnacle Award for knowledge of Cognos products, sales success, ability to complement Cognos' sales and service organizations and customer satisfaction.

Dennis has a track record of successfully helping established companies and startups expand their presence on a regional and national basis. He has worked for several Bay Area high technology companies. In 1999, he established a technology center in Pleasanton, CA, for Solomon Software - now part of Microsoft Business Solutions - and quickly grew it from one to 13 employees including implementation consultants. During that time, Dennis developed a relationship with CBH president Joe Baird because CBH occasionally needed Solomon consultants to staff large projects.

"I am looking forward to the challenge of helping CBH achieve its goal of becoming a premier CPM and BI solution provider on the West Coast," said Dennis who recently left Revolution D, a software company he founded three years ago. Before joining CBH in October, Dennis hired his replacement to manage sales and marketing. Dennis remains on the board of advisors of Revolution D.
