What makes the Parson methodology so successful is how we incorporate and utilize a specific set of deliverables and outputs designed to facilitate communication, collaboration, and the client involvement that is so critical throughout all phases of an implementation. These deliverables allow all participants to understand
each step, provide input/feedback, review decisions made, see what is accomplished, as well as receive
documentation for each phase of the process.

Before being assigned to any projects, our consultants complete an extensive training program, and then attend our technology partners training. This series of test projects and exams helps to ensure competence. These two programs combined produce the equivalent of an MBA in performance solutions. Once in the field consultants are teamed up with an experienced mentor, to ensure they receive the best in continued training on evolving technologies and techniques. Parson invests heavily in this training to ensure our consultants are prepared for your projects.
